May is Mental Health Month! From financial worries to family responsibilities, Americans are dealing with ever-increasing stress in their lives. In honor of May is Mental Health Month, The Mental Health Association in North Carolina is providing people with tools to help handle these challenges and deal with stressful times.

Save the Date!  MHA/NC's Annual Conference has been set for September 22-23, 2010, featuring Mariel Hemingway.  Online reservations will begin soon - so be on the lookout for future updates!

The Mental Health Association in North Carolina is the state's oldest and largest private, non-profit mental health advocacy organization.  Our mission is to promote mental health, prevent mental illness, and eliminate discrimination against people with mental illness.  We accomplish these goals through advocacy, education, service and research.
